What is inValuables?

Lets face it - we all take our valuable possessions for granted. Disasters can and do often happen. It is only when disaster strikes that we realize just how inValuable our possessions are. Our things break and stop working. Our homes, offices, and vehicles are vulnerable to theft. Natural disasters strike and our possessions are left in ruin or lost. inValuables is designed to allow you to create a catalog of your valuables right on your device (even at multiple sites like your home, office, cabin, etc.); includes photos, details, and the purchase specifics about your valuables; and allows you capture various warranties and protections that give you peace of mind. inValuables is designed to be ready for when your things stop working, when they are damaged, and when they are lost. inValuables is there when you need it.

How does it work?

inValuables helps you capture the details of all of your valuable possessions. You can start off by simply entering the name of a valuable, its cost, and a brief description. However, to be effective when a disaster strikes, you can complete the painting by filling in the rest of the details, like the model and serial number. If a disaster strikes, inValuables is here to help! Choose the site of the disaster and allow the app to walk you through each room to locate your valuables and determine their condition. When youre finished documenting the extent of damage or loss, inValuables will generate a report, in PDF format, that you can send via email, SMS/iMessage, or other iOS sharing means. Imagine not having to recall everything that was lost in a house fire. Your insurance agent will thank you for providing so much detail. Youll be thankful because the report will help you expedite the recovery process. If an item malfunctions or stops working, you can easily recall the warranty information (including extended warranties and a tip that credit cards often warranty the items you purchase with them!)

Your data is backed up automatically!

inValuables stores the details of your valuables on your device and also within your own iCloud. No information you enter is sent to us. Even if your iPhone stops functioning, is destroyed, or is lost, installing a fresh copy of inValuables on your new iPhone will recover your valuable information from iCloud - automatically! Youll be able to recover from a disaster even if your iPhone is a part of that very same disaster.
